                         All Caravans are non-smoking

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices include gas, electricity & colour television. There are

no meters. One dog in some caravans, £20-00 per week. All caravans have blankets and

feather pillows. You need to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Deposit of £50-00 per week per caravan will secure your booking

Balance due 1 month before arrival

Caravans are available from 2-00 pm. on day of arrival, and we ask you to vacate by

10-00 am. on day of departure.

We reserve the right to re-let any caravan ot claimed by 8-00 pm. unless we are notified.

Arrival after 8-00 pm by arrangement only.

No refunds will be given on confirmed bookings.

AAA     New Luxury Caravans, 12 foot wide. Double glazed, centrally heated, recessed

gas fire in lounge. Dining area. Kitchen. full sized gas cooker with electronic ignition,

microwave, fridge / freezer. Thermostatically controlled radiators in all rooms. Two or

Three bedrooms, one double, shower room with thermostatic mixer tap in shower, hand

wash basin and toilet. Spacious lounge with colour TV.

AA* Four or six berth, two or three bedroom, Luxury 12 foot wide caravans. Spacious

lounge and dinette. Large kitchen with full sized cooker, fridge, microwave, water heater.

Shower room with toilet and hand wash basin. In most cases the toilet is in a separate

room. Panel or blow heaters in main bedroom. In most cases, heaters are in small

bedrooms and shower room. Gas or electric heating in lounge, and colour TV.

AA   Four berth, two bedroom, Luxury12 foot wide caravans, spacious lounge and dinette.

Kitchen with full sized cooker, fridge, microwave,water heater. Shower room with

shower and toilet, wash hand basin. Heater in lounge, main bedroom, and in most cases

heater in second bedroom and shower room. Colour TV .

A   Four and six berth, two and three bedroom caravans. Main bedroom, double bed,

second and third bedrooms with single beds, some will convert to double. Shower room

with toilet and wash hand. The lounge/dinette has electric heating and colour TV. The

galley kitchen has full size cooker, fridge, gas water heater. Some of the bedrooms have

panel heaters.

  B   Four or five berth, two bed room caravans, all with one double bedroom, second

bedroom with single beds, some can convert to double, some have an extra bunk.

Shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. Galley kitchen with full size cooker, fridge and

water heater. Gas or electric heating in lounge / dinette and colour TV.
