- All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices include gas, electricity & colour television. There are no meters.
- One dog in some caravans at a cost of £20-00 per week.
- All caravans have blankets and feather pillows. You need to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels
- Caravans are available from 2-00 pm. on day of arrival, and we ask you to vacate by 10-00 am. on day of departure.
- We reserve the right to re-let any caravan not claimed by 8-00 pm. unless we are notified.
- Arrival after 8-00 pm by arrangement only.
- Deposit of £50-00 per week per caravan will secure your booking which must arrive within 2 weeks of booking. Balance due one month before arrival.
- No Refunds will be made for cancellation or curtailment of stay.

DESCRIPTION OF CARAVAN CATEGORIES
CHALET
The Chalet has three bedrooms and sleeps up to four adults and two children. Two double bedrooms and third bedroom with bunk beds. Full central heating, double glazing, fenced garden area. The fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, full size electric oven with gas hob and microwave. Bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet and hand basin. The spacious lounge has TV and gas fire. Separate dining area. NO PETS.
Blankets, duvets and feather pillows are provided; you need to bring your bed linen, towels and tea towels.
AAA
Luxury 12' wide caravans. Double glazed with central heating in all rooms. Recessed gas fire in spacious lounge with TV. Dining area and kitchen with ful size gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Two or three bedrooms and sleeps up to four or six. Shower room with hand basin and toilet. Some have en-suite toilet.
